OnTheFarm-sold tickets
Apple Pay is offered only when OnTheFarm is the identified seller and the server has authoritative tier, price, eligibility, and inventory data. The Apple Pay sheet shows the merchant, tier, quantity, unit price, disclosed fees, and total. No admission QR or Wallet pass is issued until the configured processor confirms payment.
Refunds and cancellations
The checkout must show the event's applicable refund or cancellation summary before authorization. Refund eligibility depends on that disclosed event policy and applicable law. A request is not complete until the processor confirms it. Refunded, disputed, revoked, expired, or canceled entitlements are invalid for entry; canceled events revoke local passes and block scanning. Contact [email protected] with the receipt reference.
Current setup limitation
Apple Pay remains unavailable unless the server-side payment processor and merchant configuration are healthy. OnTheFarm does not offer a user-facing card fallback.
