Be a good guest and host
Post truthful event details, respect capacity and access rules, obtain permission for images and invitations, and protect attendee privacy. Do not impersonate a person, school, group, provider, or organizer.
Zero tolerance for abuse
OnTheFarm does not allow threats, targeted harassment, hateful attacks, sexual exploitation, doxxing, scams, dangerous instructions, spam, or unlawful content. Do not use groups, messages, events, or check-in tools to evade a block.
Moderation and appeals
People can report content and block accounts. Automated screening may hold content for human review; it can make mistakes. Reviewers may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or preserve necessary safety records. Appeal at [email protected] with the case reference. Immediate danger should be reported to local emergency services.
Event safety
Hosts remain responsible for lawful venues, accessibility information, ticket terms, trained door staff, cancellations, refunds, and emergency planning. A listing, verification badge, or Sprout suggestion is not a safety guarantee.
