Account deletion
Delete in the app
- Sign in to the account.
- Open Profile, then Settings.
- Choose Delete Account and confirm.
The authenticated deletion action removes the account and account-owned data covered by the server deletion workflow, including profile data, connections, passes, notifications, messages owned by the account, verification records, and owned media. Shared conversations or safety records may be scrubbed, retained, or transformed where needed for other users, fraud, disputes, security, or legal obligations.
If you cannot sign in
Email [email protected] from the account address. OnTheFarm may need to verify control of the account before deletion. Do not send passwords or ticket QR codes.
Before deletion
Save information you need and resolve ticket/refund issues. Deletion is not a substitute for a processor refund and may not erase records held independently by Apple, Google, Cloudflare, payment processors, advertisers, transit agencies, or external ticket providers.
