Account deletion
Delete in the app
- Sign in to the account.
- Open Profile, then Account & security.
- Choose Delete Account and confirm.
The authenticated deletion action removes the account and account-owned data covered by the server deletion workflow, including profile data, connections, passes, notifications, messages owned by the account, verification records, owned media, place visits and check-ins, live location shares, and class alert and countdown subscriptions. Shared conversations or safety records may be scrubbed, retained, or transformed where needed for other users, fraud, disputes, security, or legal obligations.
Deletion also erases Sprout's agent copy of your current conversation and its approximate location log, before the account itself is removed. If the agent cannot be reached at that moment, the deletion stops and asks you to try again, so that copy is never left behind. Deleting the account in the app also signs you out on that iPhone, which clears any Stanford sign-in kept there, and removes that account's Sprout and AI choices from the device.
If you cannot sign in
Email privacy@onthefarmapp.com from the account address. OnTheFarm may need to verify control of the account before deletion. Do not send passwords or ticket QR codes.
Before deletion
Save information you need and resolve ticket/refund issues. Deletion is not a substitute for a processor refund and may not erase records held independently by Apple, Google, Cloudflare, payment processors, advertisers, transit agencies, or external ticket providers.
