🌱 OnTheFarm policies

Effective and last updated: 8 August 2026

Organizer Terms

Organizers must have authority to publish the event, images, venue, ticket inventory, attendee communications, and group identity they use. Details, prices, capacity, accessibility, eligibility, refund terms, and seller identity must be accurate and promptly updated.

Attendees and check-in

Use attendee data only to operate the event. Keep guest lists and scanner access limited to authorized staff. Do not copy, sell, or use contact details for unrelated marketing. Check-in codes are credentials; serial numbers are not. Staff must reject canceled, unpaid, refunded, revoked, expired, duplicate, and wrong-event passes.

Changes

Hosts must cancel through the authoritative OnTheFarm action so RSVP blocking, privacy-aware notices, pass revocation, reservation release, and scanner rejection move together. Refund obligations remain with the identified seller and applicable event policy.

Enforcement

OnTheFarm may pause listings, ticketing, messages, group tools, or organizer access for safety, fraud, policy, provider, or legal reasons. Appeals go to [email protected].
